Items returned within 15 days after the order has been received by the customer are eligible for a full refund. Requests for a shipping label should be directed to info@donumluxury.com and will be responded to within 24 hours (1 business day). No returns will be accepted on any product after 45 days of the delivery date. Returns must be received unworn, in like-new condition, and in the original shoe box to be eligible to receive a refund of the full sale amount. Returns that are received that are deemed not re-sellable (ie.- worn, scuffed, missing any accessories originally included in the shipment, etc), are not eligible for refund or exchange. ‍

 

Only items purchased on the www.donumluxury.com e-commerce site are eligible to be returned or exchanged. ‍

 

If an item is shipped with a manufacturer defect, the item is eligible for an exchange for the same item (if available) or any other item on the website of equal or lesser value, or a full refund. ‍

 

Upon receipt of the return (allow 5-10 business days from the date the return is shipped back), the refund will be applied to the customer’s account with a notification email being sent to the customer at that time.
